LA Fitness offers a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for our monthly parties. The dress code is smart casual as although the gym is closed our parties attract many of the members from the gym as well as single people from in and around Essex. These party nights are more about social networking so if you are looking to meet new friends in a welcoming ambiance this event would be perfect for you to come to. The age group tends to be 30 plus with most of the guests in their 30's, 40's and 50's. Our DJ knows the audience and keeps the dance floor packed the whole night long once the party gets started. We have two hosts at the party one to check you in as most of the guests book and pay in advance and one to meet and greet all of the guests then introduce them to others who have come to the event on their own. So increase your social circle with a fun night out in Brentwood and come back each month to increase that circle by meeting all of the new faces who we introduce to our regulars.
