A Great Night Out

Contrary to popular believe you are not able to do this by scanning the room and could miss out on a life long relationship by judging the attendees simply for how they look. The best looking person in the venue could be your worst match and the one you did not initially notice could capture your heart. In addition to this Speed Dating is a highly sociable event, where you will enjoy the company of normal, everyday people who are meeting with a common interest. Speed Dating attracts men and women from all walks of life and offers those who take part a good night out. You will find yourself chatting to teachers, accountants, solicitors, financial advisers, web designers, business directors, doctors, nurses, police, ambulance men and women, administrators, lorry drivers, shop workers, secretaries, firemen, journalists, builders, managers and many more professions. The list of jobs our clients do is endless as is the type of guests we attract. The main criteria is that they are all single and although initially you may feel nervous it is really worth coming along and making the most of a brilliant night out.

Parking

There is parking for 4 cars at the front of the bar and a large car park to the rear of the venue. There is currently no parking fee after 6pm but please check the signs before leaving your car. To get to the car park from the Pitcher and Piano turn right at the lights then first right and you will see the car park.

Your Host

Linda is the host for the Speed Dating events with the assistance of Dee or Dave and Dee volunteers for the Quiz Nights. Dee downloads the quizzes and occasionally provides little prizes for the winnning teams. You are guaranteed a fun night no matter which event you attend here as it is always full of excellent people.

About this Venue

The Pitcher and Piano is one of our most successful venues. It is in the town centre, easy parking, friendly, helpful staff, trendy and always phrased by clients who attend. Click singles have private use of the downstairs rooms for Speed Dates and the upstairs green room for our Quiz Nights.
